CIS of Atlanta and Keeping Pace Summer Enrichment Program Develop Partnership

CIS of Atlanta hosted a partnership meeting at M. Agnes Jones elementary school to discuss increasing opportunities for our students to attend the Keeping Pace Summer program, a 5-and-a-half week summer enrichment program.

Keeping Pace offers its program free of charge to students living in Atlanta’s Peoplestown, English Avenue and Vine City neighborhoods.

This program offers one-on-one tutorials in math, tennis instruction, a fitness program, swimming lessons, and off-campus field trips, and scholars receive free bus transportation to and from camp, all meals and snacks, and all supplies necessary to complete academic enrichment coursework.

Parents, applications open in February and we look forward to having our current 5th and 6th graders apply.

Special thanks to Martha Assaf, Founder of Keeping Pace, and CIS of Atlanta Site Coordinators Charmaine Sanders and Karen Robertson.
