50th ANNIVERSARY
Choose Success Celebration
SUCCESS AT EVERY ADDRESS
Special thanks to our sponsors and generous donors who supported our
50th Anniversary Choose Success Celebration on March 31, 2022!
Together, we raised close to $325,000 to support our mission to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.

While celebrating our Golden Anniversary, we also renewed our commitment to 50 more years of ensuring Success at Every Address. Attendees heard from special guests including Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, City of Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens, and Communities In Schools National President & CEO Rey Saldaña. And will never forget the words of Communities In Schools of Atlanta (CIS) alumna LaTonya Gates as she shared her story of triumph and the role this organization played in changing the trajectory of her life.
We were pleased to recognize the contributions of Neal Aronson, founder and managing partner of Roark Capital Group, who received the Anne Cox Chambers Champion for Kids Award, and Mercedes-Benz USA, who received the Corporate Partner Award.
And, of course, CIS of Atlanta was excited to recognize these outstanding students and educators.
